About St. Mary's Senior High School

St. Mary’s Senior High School was founded by the Catholic Missionary Sisters, Servants of the Holy Spirit (SHSpS) on the 6th of February, 1950. The School is located on Guggisberg Avenue, opposite Korle-Bu Polyclinic. It is a Catholic Girls school that aims at improving the lives of young adolescent girls through learning.

To retain and sustain the enviable position in the country and West Africa of being the preferred choice for holistic female education.

MISSION

To train students to acquire skills, knowledge and values that prepare them to understand and contribute to rapidly changing society with emphasis on integrity and tenacity of purpose, promote self-discipline and develop a strong sense of responsibility.
