About Ola Girls Senior High School, Kenyasi

The official name of the school is Our Lady of Apostles Girls Secondary commonly known
as OLA Girls’ Secondary. It is the first all female  Girls School in the Brong Ahafo Region.
It was established by the Missionary Sisters of Our  Lady of Apostles, a Catholic Missionary Order, on the invitation of the then Catholic Bishop of Sunyani  Diocese, the late Bishop James Kwadjo Owusu, and the chief and people of Kenyasi No2. The primary objective is to educate and empower the African woman in every possible way so that she will in turn, promote good Christian family values for a better society.

To be a centre of holistic education for the Ghanaian girl towards national development.

MISSION

To offer affordable and a holistic education to rural and urban girls under the tenets of discipline and moral uprightness for their empowerment in a competitive world.
