About Methodist Girls Senior High School

The school started as a private Mixed Secondary School in 1988, known as Mamfe State College but was handed over to the Methodist Church and later renamed Methodist High School.

VISION

MEGHIS seeks to become an institution firmly built on the Wesleyan tradition and discipline and one that is able to provide a learning environment that nurtures the girl-child in the Christian values so that they would become honest, dedicated and productive citizens.

MISSION

The mission of the school is to bring students up in a learning atmosphere that is not only characterised by academic excellence but also positive socialisation and Christian values so that they will become honest, dedicated and productive citizens.
