Appolonia City is a project of Rendeavour, Africa’s largest private city developer with over 30,000 acres of visionary projects in the growth trajectories of large cities in Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia and Democratic Republic of Congo.

Appolonia City is a 2325-acre master-planned city in Greater Accra, Ghana. We create a seamless live-work-play satellite city complete with residential, retail, commercial, educational, healthcare and recreational facilities.

Appolonia City of Light is a 941-hectare, mixed-use urban development carefully planned for residential, commercial and light industrial purposes.

The project, officially launched by President John Dramani Mahama in July 2012, is being developed for residential properties, retail and other commercial centres, as well as schools, healthcare and other social infrastructure.
Appolonia is situated in the peri-urban district of Accra and with a unique view of the Akuapem Ridge and offers its residents a serene environment in which to live, work and play.

Appolonia provides a three-tier security system. This starts from the main entrance to the city to the entrance of each residential enclave and finally to the entrance of each home. The city also has security that patrols the site at set intervals.
