Fidelity Bank launches ‘ɛbɛ fa’ campaign to celebrate customer resilience and aspirations

‘Ɛbɛ fa,’ a Twi phrase meaning “It will happen” or “It will come to pass,” captures Fidelity Bank’s promise to stand by its customers through every chapter of their life journey, helping them realize their dreams. The campaign emphasizes that each day brings a new opportunity for success, and with the right partner and mindset, any aspiration can become a reality.

Esi Edziiba Mills-Robertson, Director of Marketing at Fidelity Bank, spoke about the campaign’s purpose, stating, “This campaign is a testament to our faith in the dreams and goals of our customers. We believe that every moment is an opportunity to unfold a larger story with boundless potential.”

The ‘ɛbɛ fa’ campaign will feature real-life stories of Fidelity Bank customers who have achieved significant milestones with the bank’s support. These stories will be shared across multiple media platforms, creating a movement that resonates with individuals, and reinforcing the message that every dream is achievable with determination, support, and perseverance.

To further engage the community, Fidelity Bank encourages everyone to share their stories of resilience using the hashtags #ThisIsJustAChapter, #BelieveWithUs, and #Ɛbɛfa. The aim is to foster a conversation that uplifts and motivates Ghanaians to pursue their goals.

As part of the campaign, Fidelity Bank has also announced several community-focused initiatives, including Random Acts of Kindness and Inspirational Talks, aimed at inspiring individuals and fostering a can-do spirit across the nation.
