Taysec is the wholly-owned Ghana subsidiary of Taylor Woodrow in the U.K.

The history of the company in Ghana dates back to 1947 when Taylor Woodrow and the United African Company (UAC) set up Taylor Woodrow (West Africa) Ltd. on a 50:50 basis to carry out construction operations in West Africa.

Taysec Construction Limited is locally incorporated in Ghana and is a 100% owned subsidiary of Taylor Woodrow plc, one of the leading housing and property companies in the UK and North America

Over the years, the company has carried out hundreds of projects in the country in all sectors but more recently has concentrated on infrastructure, buildings, residential developments and contract mining.

We are the first choice for development and construction services in Ghana, with a pedigree that goes back to 1947.
